Having considered the rival submissions of the parties, this Court finds that since the substantial amount of retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detail representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for payment of all the admissible retiral dues in accordance with law and participate in the departmental proceeding for its early disposal.

With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
