The present writ petition has been filed for cancellation of Jamabandi No. 195/2, 196/2, 197/2, 198/2 appertaining to Khata No.- 90, Khesra No.- 978, Rakba No.0.23 Acre and Khesra No.- 979 Rakba 0.1 Acre and for restoration of Jamabandi No.- 121/2, 122/2 of Khata No.- 90, Khesra No.- 978, Rakba 0.23 Acre and Khesra no.- 979 Rakba 0.1 Acre.

Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection before this court and submits that the statutory remedy lies to the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 ,2011).

In the light of the submissions made above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011
