The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following reliefs:-
“1.A(i). To treat the petitioners to be in service from the date their juniors from the common merit list were appointed.
(ii). To hold seniority of the petitioners as per the Bihar Service Code, the Rules and other administrative orders which govern service condition of the government employees of the State of Bihar.
(iii). To give to the petitioners all the benefits including pensions etc. to which the persons who were appointed in the year 2003 from the common list are getting.”
