5 18-04-2023 The public interest litigation was filed against the proposal to establish a Water Treatment Plant in the Muzaffarpur District in a location where allegedly there was a cremation ground.
Learned Additional Advocate General-III submits that after examining the issue, it has been decided by the State not to start the Water Treatment Plant.
In the above circumstances, grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the writ petition stands closed
