The petitioners have filed the instant writ

application for the following reliefs:-

“(I) To issue rule in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to enforce the order issued vide letter No.1609 to 1628 (except letter No. 1623) dated 01.5.2013 with effect from the date of issuance of the letter No. 1097 dated 09.7.2009 with all benefit including monatory benefit.

(II) To command the respondents to grant notiona promotion from the date of the entitlement of the petitioners for promotion as trained graduate teachers.

(III) To grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners are legally entitled.”

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ application can be disposed of in similar terms as order dated 12.9.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. no. 15610 of 2018 (Raghvendra Sharma & ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.)

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the matter in issue in the instant writ application is covered by the aforesaid order dated 12.9.2022, however, he has no instruction as to whether any appeal / L.P.A. has been preferred against the said order or not.
