(ii) For issuance of an order/direction/writ including the writ in the nature of 'Certiorari' setting aside the order dated 04.01.2022 passed by respondent number 5, the Child Development Project Officer, (CDPO), Patna Sadar -5, District-Patna, whereby

the petitioner has been removed as Anganwadi Sevika of Center Shish Mahal, Code No.9 falling in ward number 59, Patna City and further the petitioner has been asked to handover of the charge to former Anganwadi Sevika (ANNEXURE-7).
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate declaration holding that petitioner is entitled for her appointment on priority basis against existing vacancy in ward number 59, Patna city or against any vacancy likely to arise in near future.”
