be directed to release the encroached land of the petitioner Vide Rakwa 4 Katha (12 decimal) from the custody of the respondent Nos. 7 to 12 in favour of the petitioner in connection with Mauza- Hardashchak, Thana 270 Khata No. 141 Khesra No. 243/360.
(c) For that the concerning respondents may be prosecuted for their illegal work.
(d) During pendency of Writ application respondent Nos. 7 to 12 may be restrained to construct the work of building upon the land in question.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
