2 12-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following reliefs:-
“1(i). To quash the order dated 17.02.17 passed by the learned District Magistrate, Bhabhua in Misc. Case No.- 05/2016-17 (Shashi Bhushan Singh V/S The Circle Officer, Mohania) so far it relates to the petitioner by which the Circle Officer, Mohania has directed by this order to remove the encroachments on

the encroached land and further report the same to the authorities.
(ii) Further to quash the follow-up order contained in Memo No.- 436 dated 01.03.2017 issued by the Circle Officer, Mohania whereby and whereunder the petitioners and one another person has been ordered to remove the encroachment from the land in question and inform the same on 11.03.2017 otherwise on 16.03.2017 the encroachment will be removed forcefully.
(iii) To direct the respondents to produce the order dated 18.11.2016 passed in Encroachment Case No. 02/2016-17 passed by Collector, Kaimur at Bhabhua and further to quash the same.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
