Heard Mr. Zainul Abedin, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Sumit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Rabindra Priyadarshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the BUIDCO.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that some amount under different heads have been paid by the State Government. However, in absence of details of the period of his work in BUIDCO and Bihar State Water Board

Ganga Pariyojana, Patna, is not clear in the present writ petition. The petitioner has instructed him that he is willing to file comprehensive representation giving the detail facts with respect to his claim, as prayed for in the present writ petition, so that payment relating to retiral dues and pension be expeditiously given by the concerned Department and the Organization.

Mr. Rabindra Priyadarshi, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the BUIDCO submits that immediate steps will be taken, if the petitioner files such representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Water Board Ganga Pariyojna, Bihar for payment of dues along with interest on delayed payment, if the petitioner is entitled for, in accordance with law.

Mr. Sumit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that as the petitioner is ready to file detail representation before the Engineer-in-Chief- Cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Water Board Ganga Pariyojna, Bihar, remaining dues will be paid to the petitioner, as what has been stated apart from those which has been paid to him, as stated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4.

Considering the restricted prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner if so desire, may file comprehensive representation before the concerned respondents where the

petitioner had worked for payment of his retiral dues in accordance with law.

The respective authority must dispose of the representation of the petitioner and ensure payment of retiral dues as claimed for in the present writ petition and the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation and must also ensure payment of interest on account of delay in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
