Learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that his appeal has been sent to the ADG, Police, Training Academy, Rajgir for consideration.

Learned counsel prays for a direction to the competent appellate authority to consider the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order.

Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 is present for the State. He has no objection to the kind of prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
