The petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s) in the present writ petition:

“ That the above said petitioners prays for issuance of writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for the following reliefs:-

(a) To pay all the remaining dues of the petitioners which are lying before the respondents and has not been paid to the petitioners till date along with interest of 10% and cost of the litigation.

(b) For any other relief/reliefs which the petitioners found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

petitioners seeks to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Munger University, Munger, which has come into existence after reconstitution of the said university and considering that the college concerned was initially constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur, the Registrar of the Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur, must ensure to send the

entire records relating to the petitioner to the Registrar of the Munger University, Munger, without waiting for any representation to be filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Munger University, Munger, who shall ensure to make payment of the entire amount as claimed by the petitioners in their representation within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.

The petitioners must ensure to file their individual representation giving details relating to their grievance.
