2. This application has been filed for giving a
direction to grant compensation for use of Raiyati Land of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2895 of 2023(4) dt.23-11-2023 2/2
petitioners in making construction of public road.
3. In paragraph no. 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit
the State has accepted the fact that they are ready to give compensation to the petitioners.
4. In these circumstances, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to take necessary steps for payment of compensation in accordance with law to the petitioners within three months of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
