1 This application has been filed for substituting

the name of the heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner and for deletion the name of petitioner namely Krishna Pratap Singh who died on 11.04.20222 during the pendency of the writ petition.

For the reasons mentioned, this application is allowed and let the name of deceased petitioner namely Krishna Pratap Singh be deleted from the array of parties and in his place, the name of his heirs/legal representative as mentioned in paragraph 2 of this petitioner be substituted in his place.

The Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua will look into the grievance of the petitioner and if respondents are found disturbing the possession of the petitioner, he is directed to take action against the private respondents as the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the private respondents are naxals and they are disturbing the farmers of the area.
