“1(i). That the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 may be directed to remove the encroachment from the public road situated in Dath under Hasanipur Block, Samastipur, bearing Thana No. 85, Khata No. 105 (old), 142 (New), Khesra No. 118(Old) 170(New), area20(decimal).”
