The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to payment of subsistence allowance for the period, May, 2014 to November, 2015, which has not been paid as yet, despite he being superannuated on 30.11.2019 from the office of Bihar State Co-operative Marketing Union Limited (Biscomaun).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for ventilating his grievance, the petitioner has already filed several representations, but the same have not been considered and disposed of.

preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the present writ petition.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, Biscomaun, Patna, who shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Needless to observe that in case the claim of the petitioner is found admissible, necessary consequential order shall also be passed.
