The petitioner has filed the instant application for
the following reliefs:
“(1) For quashing the order dated 24.6.14 passed by the learned DCLR, Hajipur in Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.17763 of 2015(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2
Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 355 / 2012-13 whereby he has cancelled the Zamabandi created in the name of the petitioner and the respondent 2nd set and directed the Circle Officer, Lal Ganj to create Zamabandi in the name of respondents 4 to 9 and issue rent receipt in their favour. ”
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to move an appropriate application/appeal as provided under the Act.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
It goes without saying that while considering the application for condonation of delay in filing the aforesaid application/appeal, the concerned statutory authority will take into consideration the time for which the instant application remained pending in this Court.
