That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or direction/directions or order/ orders for quashing the notice as well as order dated 08.7.2011 vide "Annexure-I" which has been issued by Incharge Judiciary, Civil Court, Buxar therein direction has been given to this petitioner "To stop work" in Civil Court, Buxar as Advocate clerk and further directed to file show cause within seven days in regard to cancellation of Registration of Advocate clerk.”

petitioner submits that in view of the fact that impugned notice dated 08.07.2011, is only a show cause served upon the petitioner, he be granted liberty to agitate his grievances before the concerned authority. Liberty so sought is granted.
