The present writ petition has been filed
seeking the following relief:-
“1. That, the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to respondents authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and grant pension under J.P. Samman Yojna to petitioner as
Patna High Court CWJC No.16558 of 2022(2) dt.19-06-2023 2/2
per his entitlement w.e.f 05-06-2009.” After some argument, the learned counsel
for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
