respondent No. 7 informs this Court that all the retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the present writ

petition is disposed of, however, in case the petitioner finds that any of the dues is still pending for payment, he may file representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. with requisite evidence in support of his claim. The Managing Director is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the filing of the representation.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
disposed of.
