Earlier the writ petition was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 11.05.2017. Thereafter the present writ petition has been restored vide order dated 30.01.2023 passed in MJC No. 3567 of 2017.
Today when the matter was again called out, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
However, the learned counsel for the State is present.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
