No one appears for the petitioner although the State
and the Board are present.
The petitioner has moved before this Court against the general notice dated 10.07.2019 issued by the respondents in the district of Samastipur by which the locals were informed/requested to ensure their presence in an ‘ Aam Sabha ’ to be held on 16.07.2019.
Learned Counsel for the State as also the Board are present and have jointly submitted that a general notice has been challenged in the writ petition.
The petitioner has chosen not to appear before this Court otherwise, a cost would have been imposed for filing such

a frivolous case.
There is no merit in the case and is accordingly
dismissed.
