The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
"i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice as contained in notice number 30 dated 16th of June 2017 as issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhubani by which it has been informed to vacate the land in question bearing Khesra No. 327 and further the petitioner has been threatened of initiation of legal action under the provisions of Nagarpalika Act.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding

the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner on the aforesaid land as the petitioner has been provided the aforesaid land by the Nagar parishad, Madhubani for the consideration amount of Rs. 13,585/-. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ holding and declaring the aforesaid act of the Respondent Nagar Parishad, Madhubani to be wholly illegal, arbitrary and amounts to promissory estoppel in view of the land. already given for a period of 37 years on the payment of considerable amount."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
