Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in accordance with counter affidavit filed, it is apparent that confiscation proceeding is over and due notice has been served on all the persons, as indicated in Annexure B to the counter affidavit.
Since confiscation proceeding is over, it will be open to the petitioner to file appeal against the same.
