In support of aforesaid reliefs, petitioners, submitted representation dated 3.11.2019 and 13.1.2021 in Annexure 5 and 6 (filed by petitioner no. 1) and dated 18.01.2021 in Annexure 7 (filed by petitioner no. 2). Such representations are pending for consideration before the concerned respondent. Therefore the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner’s representation in the light of order dated 23.06.2017 passed in LPA No. 167 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
In the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
