respondents seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment done by the respondent No. 8 to 16 upon the government land.

The Circle Officer, Dumraon is directed to conclude the Encroachment Case No. 39 of 2022-23 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties in accordance with law.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that construction of some Indira Awas is proposed on the land in question.

It is made clear that no Indira Awas shall be constructed on the land in question, until and unless the encroachment proceeding is concluded/decided.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Buxar through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
