Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order impugned dated 04.06.2022, whereby the petitioner was transferred from S.N. Sinha College, Aurangabad to R.M.W. College, Nawada as a Principal, has already been cancelled vide order dated 05.01.2023.
In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The same has accordingly become infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
