nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the said date and this matter was adjourned.
The present Cr. Revision Application has been filed against the order dated 02.08.2016 passed by the 3rd Additional District Judge, Samastipur. There is limitation in filing the present application but no one appeared for pursuing the limitation.
