The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 406, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner no. 1 fled away from the house of the informant with Rs.50,000/- cash and jewelry. Petitioners also demanded extortion of Rs. 4 lakh from the informant and threatened to kill him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner no. 1 is victim and so called wife of the informant whereas petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are own family of petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 5 is mother of the petitioner no. 1. He submits that petitioner no. 1 performed marriage with the petitioner no. 2 but it could not succeed then she left the house because the informant is habitual offender in such type of occurrence. He submits that there is divorce in between the petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 556 of 2021,
