The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with
Fatehpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
830 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the seized motorcycle and the bags thrown by the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed
as withdrawn.
