The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner happens to be unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 14.09.2023. So far as, this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Entire allegation is false and concocted. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she has got no concern with the family affairs

of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
