Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Vikash Kumar @ Dhiru, Vishal Paswan @ Vishal Kumar Paswan, Amarjeet Kumar and Rajiv Ranjan Kumar @ Rajiv Yadav @ Neeraj have been granted bail by the Court below in BP Nos. 237 of 2023, 518 of 2023, 423 of 2023 and 561 of 2023 vide order dated 24.03.2023, 11.05.2023 and 09.05.2023 respectively.
