Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by different Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 38118 of 2023, 39861 of 2023, 41168 of 2023 and 42771 of 2023 vide orders dated 04.07.2023, 18.09.2023, 14.07.2023 and 20.07.2023 respectively.
(i) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient

reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by this Court below.
(ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the
witness, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
