Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.79 of 2021 dated 06.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by the learned Court below.
