This application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 61588 of 2022 to the extent of extension of period of surrender.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in the order dated 9.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 61588 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, due to typographical error, instead of Vaishali Provision and Excise P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022, Vaisali P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 has been typed.
In view of aforesaid fact, this modification petition is allowed and further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
