The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 325, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R., specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Dharmendra Yadav. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
