2 . This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.585 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3 . The recovery is of 7.55 grams of smack. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2023.

4 . Considering the fact that the recovery is of intermittent quantity, this application is allowed.

5 . Let the petitioner, above named, be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.585 of 2023.

6 . This is subject to the condition that petitioners shall mark his attendance in Gopalganj (Town) Police Station, District-Gopalganj, on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
