Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution, the informant alleged that this petitioner intruded in the room of the informant’s minor daughter and harassed her.

counsel are that the petitioner runs a coaching institute and the victim used to take tuition from the petitioner’s institute and there was some dispute with regard to the payment of tuition fee and the allegations made in the FIR is completely absurd and there was no reason for the petitioner to enter into the house of the informant in the night at 1:00 am only for the purpose of misbehaving with the victim and the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 30.07.2022 having fair and clean antecedent and the investigation has been completed against the petitioner.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the facts, as stated above, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022.
