Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mohammad Sufyan, learned APP for the State.
2 . This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bathnaha P.S. Case No.151 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of abducting the victim girl.
4 . From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, this
application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.151 of 2023.
