The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.116 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular
