Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned

APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

Pursuant to the last order dated 13.12.2022 passed by coordinate bench, the couple is present in the Court.

Pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2022, the husband has taken the informant and both of them are now living together happily and for the present they have no complaint against each other.

Further, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction has submitted that although he is catering to all the needs of the lady and also has to do the admission process of his son Anmol, he on his own would be paying Rs.2000/- to his wife towards her own expenses.

Taking into account the aforesaid positive submission of the petitioner’s side who has also been accepted by his wife, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim relief granted to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Sub-ordinate court within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.16 of 2020 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
