This case was heard earlier and the learned counsel
for the petitioner was directed to produce the original registration certificate in the matter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated attempts, his client has not met him with the original registration certificate. In absence of the original registration certificate of the vehicle in question, this application on behalf of the petitioner cannot be entertained by this Court.
It seems that the petitioner does not have the original registration certificate and therefore, he has chosen not

to instruct his advocate properly.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
