Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad, Bihar in place of Pankaj Kumar @ Randhir Kumar, aged 21 years, male, son of Jalendra Mahto, resident of village- Kusadhi @ Kusarhi, P.S-Obra, DistrictAurangabad, Bihar.
Let the name of the petitioner's father as well as the address of the petitioner may be modified as Pankaj Kumar @ Randhir Kumar, aged 21 years, male, son of Jalendra Mahto ,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54442 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2
resident of village- Kusadhi @ Kusarhi, P.S-Obra, DistrictAurangabad, Bihar.
Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed and the order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39622 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
