in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner bears two criminal antecedent which is not similar to the present case. Learned counsel further submits that as per F.I.R. no recovery of any liquor was made from the shop and police made false allegation that they have got injury from the people who gathered there. He further submits that statement of police is not trustworthy in view of the fact that they were in large number with arms. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused Munna Kumar and others have granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 53465 of 2023 by a coordinate bench of this court and the case of present petitioner stands more or less on similar footing.
