It has been submitted that the name of petitioner
is Amod Ram but it has inadvertently been mentioned in the petition for anticipatory bail as Amod Mandal and the
same has been recorded in the order dated 20.05.2022.
This Court finds the contention of the petitioner

to be true as opposite party no. 2 has been shown as wife of Amod Ram. Even the name of father of the petitioner is Durga Ram.
For the reasons aforestated, the order dated 20.05.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31228 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the name of petitioner be read as Amod Ram instead of Amod Mandal.
Since the petitioner could not take advantage of the order dated 20.05.2022, the period of surrendering before the court below is extended by further six weeks.
The modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
