Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State .
application for grant of regular bail in a case registered
for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
informant’s daughter was married to petitioner. It is further alleged that the accused persons were torturing
the informant for the want of dowry. On 02.04.2022,
informant got information that his daughter has died.
When the informant went to the matrimonial house of

his daughter, no one was present there nor the dead body of his daughter was found. It is further alleged that informant came to know that his daughter was murdered for want of dowry and in order to desstroy the evidence, her body was burnt.

and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Darbhanga Ladaniyan P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
