the same police station case number, hence, with consent of parties, they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within four weeks.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are said to have committed financial irregularity in withdrawing and payment of deposited security amount against getting work done under agreement No. 05/S.B.D-2014-2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that actually petitioners are innocent and in fact the Under Secretary without any proper enquiry against the petitioners also recommended for instituting the case. He submits that the petitioner was exonerated of the charges so framed against him with an instruction to be more careful in future in carrying out official duties and obligations as stated in the supplementary affidavit. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
