Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 313, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the Dowry Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-inlaw of the informant. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are the relatives of husband of the informant. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they

have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
