On 06.10.2023, Ms. Shubhangi Pandey, learned counsel
for the petitioner (Kiran Devi) had submitted that she died during the pendency of the petition and as such granted adjournment for three weeks to take necessary steps.
As per the office report dated 9.11.2023, nothing has been done by Ms. Shubhangi Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, since the petitioner has died, it would be appropriate that the case is consigned granting liberty to file appropriate petition before an appropriate Court.
