with Complaint Case No.1351/2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P.No.2 has orally submitted that he has received instruction that in spite of settlement made between the parties, the petitioner is threatening her of dire consequences.

In such circumstances, O.P.No.2 may take legal remedy against the petitioner, if so advised.

Per contra learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has negotiated with O.P.No.2 and they are willing to live together.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to file a joint affidavit before the learned court below that the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 are willing to live together and if such affidavit is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released provisionally on bail for a period of one year on such terms and conditions as fixed by the learned court below and after observing the conduct of the petitioner and no any complaint is made by O.P.No.2 against the petitioner, the provisional pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner would be confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
