It is a case of kidnapping of the husband of the informant by unknown criminals.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R and their names surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sagar Kumar and except confession, there is no consistent material evidence against the petitioner. The victim has been recovered and in 164 Cr.P.C statement, he has not named the petitioners rather named one Sonu. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 10.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
